sweven is the solo experimental electronic music project of sydney-based musician cyllan wednesday. The music is drawn from dreams, mystical energy and the aura of hidden dimensions, the songs making themselves with minimal human interference.
the music varies from experimental gothic dance featuring space-inspired vocals to droning cinematic pulsations and soundscapes.
sweven first debuted as a live act, opening for danish musician vanity productions (posh isolation) at the venue fata morgana in sydney, june 2023. while rare recordings of their work exist, their first official song is due for release in late 2025.
